Our Care Team
At Excel Hospice, our care team is led by some of the most dedicated and experienced professionals in hospice care. Each member plays a vital role in ensuring that patients and families receive personalized, high-quality support—medically, emotionally, and spiritually. Together, we form a united circle of care focused on comfort, dignity, and peace.
Hospice Physician
Our hospice medical director provides expert oversight of each patient’s medical plan, ensuring the highest standards of care and comfort are consistently met.
Registered Nurses (RNs)
Our RNs oversee the clinical care of each patient, providing skilled nursing support, pain and symptom management, and coordinating the overall plan of care.
Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)
LVNs assist with daily medical needs, medication administration, and offer hands-on support under the supervision of the RN to ensure patient comfort and stability.
Home Health Aides
Our aides provide personal care with dignity and respect. They assist with bathing, grooming, and daily tasks, offering both practical help and a warm, familiar presence.
Social Workers
Our compassionate social workers help families navigate emotional challenges, legal documents, and access to community resources, ensuring no one feels alone during this journey.
Chaplains
